Im idyllischen Marina Campagna, einem Ortsteil von Pisciotta, liegt die kleine, von Olivenhainen umgebene Ferienresidenz Eco del Mare (Meeresecho). Auch zur Residenz gehört die Ferienwohnung Stella sowie eine weitere Wohnung, die derzeit nicht vermietet wird.

Vor den Terrassen der Ferienwohnungen Pesciolino und Stella eröffnet sich ein spektakulärer Blick auf das Meer: direkt vor Ihren Augen liegt die meist ruhige See, Sie hören das Rufen der Möwen und sehen abends die glutrote Sonne am Horizont im Meer versinken.

Ein Naturstrand aus dunklem Sand und Kieselsteinchen liegt sprichwörtlich zu Ihren Füßen, nur rund 100 m unterhalb von Eco del Mare, und kann über einen geteerten Weg zu Fuß erreicht werden.

WILLKOMMEN IN DER FERIENWOHNUNG PESCIOLINO
Pesciolino bedeutet "kleiner Fisch" und tatsächlich haben sich in der Wohnung auch der ein oder andere versteckt! Die Ferienwohnung wird über die gemütliche Wohn-/Essküche betreten. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und Sie können sogar während des Kochens den Blick aufs Meer genießen.

Des Weiteren gibt es ein Badezimmer (Dusche/WC/Bidet) und ein Doppelschlafzimmer, das viel Platz und Stauraum für zwei Personen bietet.

Sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch in der Wohn-/Essküche befindet sich eine Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion.

Hinweis: Die Gäste der Ferienwohnung Stella können an dem Außenbereich von Pesciolino vorbeigehen.

Die Ferienwohnung Pesciolino verfügt über einen mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegestühlen möblierten Außenbereich. Von hier genießen Sie Meerblick pur! Schatten spenden u. a. die majestätischen Olivenbäume und ein Sonnenschutz.

Parken: Ihr Auto parken Sie vor der Residenz an der kaum befahrenen Anliegerstraße (Sackgasse).

INFORMATIONEN & TIPPS
Die nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bars, Pizzerien und Restaurants befinden sich im 3 km entfernten Pisciotta. Ebenfalls in Marina Campagna liegt das nur im Sommer geöffnete, renommierte Restaurant Perbacco.

Bei einem Spaziergang durch das mittelalterliche Bergdorf fühlen Sie sich in vergangene Zeiten versetzt. Schlendern Sie durch die engen Gassen und pausieren Sie anschließend bei einem Caffè oder einem Aperitif am Dorfplatz.

Small holiday residence Eco del Mare (Echo of the Sea) lies surrounded by olive groves at idyllic Marina Campagna, a district of Pisciotta. The residence also includes holiday apartment Stella and another apartment, which at the moment is not available for rent.

The terraces of apartments Stella and Pesciolino open upon a spectacular view of the sea: Let your eyes roam over the mostly calm waters of the sea, listen to the calls of the sea gulls, in the evenings watch the fiery red sun as it disappears into the sea on the horizon.

A natural beach of dark sand and small pebbles lies below Eco del Mare and, so to speak, at your feet, it is only 100 m down a paved path.

WELCOME AT HOLIDAY APARTMENT PESCIOLINO
Pesciolino translates as "small fish" and you will find that the one or other fish adorns the apartment, which includes a cozy, well-appointed live-and-eat-in kitchen, from where you have got a view of the sea, a bedroom with double bed and enough storage space for the luggage of two persons and a bathroom (shower/WC/bidet).

Further amenities: TV, fly screens, WiFi, air conditioning in the bedroom and the live-and-eat in kitchen. A children’s bed and a grill can be provided on request. There is a washing machine for shared use at the residence.

Note: The guests staying at apartment Stella can pass by the outdoor area of Pesciolino.

SEA AS FAR AS YOU CAN SEE
The view of the sea from apartment Pesciolino’s outdoor area is fantastic! The outdoor area is furnished with a table and chairs as well as deck chairs; an awning and the majestic olive trees provide for shade.

Parking: You can park your car along the residents-only road (cul-de-sac; little traffic) in front of Eco del Mare.

INFORMATION & TIPS
Grocery stores, bars, pizzerias and restaurants are found 3 km off, at Pisciotta. Perbacco is a renowned restaurant located at Marina Campagna, but it is open only during summer season.

While walking through the medieval mountain village of Pisciotta, you feel taken back to times gone by. Stroll through the narrow alleys, then stop in the village square and enjoy a caffè or an aperitif.
