Close to the cottage 1071. Independent house comprising 1 gite and the owner's secondary residence, with access and private land without vis-à-vis. Located a 5-minute walk from the slopes of the ski resort of Chalmazel. Ski room. St-Georges-en-Couzan is 8 km away.
The price includes: - The presence of an animal
- All charges (heating, electricity, gas and water) from April to November
Attention in case of excessive overconsumption an additional cost may be asked
The price does not include: - A package of 15€/day electricity in cold weather from October to March
- The residence tax
