The accommodation is located in the historic center of Lerici, a few steps from Piazza Mottino and the beautiful Gulf of La Spezia.

The apartment is close to bars, restaurants and cafes and the ferry to the beautiful Cinque Terre, Portovenere, La Spezia and Tellaro. The interior space The apartment of about 45 square meters is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT elevator.

To access the apartment it is necessary to climb stairs. Description of the area We are in Lerici, very picturesque and strategic place which includes two national parks and a regional park – Tuscan-Emilian Apennine Park, 5 Terre Park, Montemarcello Park and the Magra River , a large territory, which goes from Liguria to Tuscany, including the realities of Lunigiana, Val di Vara, Garfagnana, and then Versilia, the Tuscan archipelago and Corsica itself, in its historical-cultural ties with the Italian peninsula .

The center is connected to the major paid parking lots outside the ZTL by a free shuttle about every 20 minutes from 09.00 to 20.00.
