Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent this charming studio, very well equipped (wifi, tv) with a view of the mountains and the château, close to the station (50 m), airport shuttle (50 m), sanctuary (15 mins walk or bus), easy parking, close to the town centre, market, restaurant and bar opposite the residence (breakfast served) and supermarkets. With a surface area of 20 m², it can accommodate 2 travellers. Wifi, bed linen and towels included.
Located on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a quiet residence, the flat comprises :
- A 15 m² living room with a brand new quality express convertible sofa (easy opening, 160cm, 16cm comfort mattress, slats), TV, air conditioning, TV, air conditioning.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette: Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, ceramic hob, small fridge with freezer, etc.
- Bathroom with bath and WC
