DER CILENTO IN SEINER ELEGANTESTEN FORM
Wohnen und Urlaub im Cilento haben oft etwas Uriges und Naturverbundenes. Die Villa Naima in ihrer eleganten, formvollendeten Erscheinung bricht mit dem uns so vertrauten Bild. Man betritt das Haus über den großen Wohnbereich mit offener, schicker Küchenzeile und denkt einfach nur "Wow!".
Die bodentiefen Panoramafenster des Wohn-Essbereichs führen hinaus zum überdachten Meerblickbalkon, der sich über die gesamte Breite des Raums erstreckt. Dabei sticht nicht unbedingt das wunderschöne Cilentoküstenpanorama zuerst ins Auge, sondern der große, eigens für diesen Raum angefertigte Esstisch. Sofa, Smart-TV und die sehr individuelle Kommode geraten dabei schnell zu Nebendarstellern. Perfekt in den luftigen, hellen Raum integriert ist die offene Küche mit Theke.
4 SCHLAFZIMMER MIT DOPPELBETT UND JEWEILS EIGENEM BAD tragen zum besonderen Komfort der Villa bei. Zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss, zwei in der Mansarde des Hauses, die man über eine Außentreppe erreicht. Villa Naima ist mit elektrischer Heizung ausgestattet.
POOL MIT MEERBLICK & SONNENTERRASSE
Ein Grund, Haus und Grundstück nicht zu verlassen, ist definitiv der sehr einladende 8 m x 3 m große Meerblick-Pool, den man über den Meerblickbalkon erreicht, der zum Poolbereich hin offen ist. Zudem hat eines der Erdgeschoss-Schlafzimmer direkten Zugang zum Pool. Im sonnigen Poolbereich, der auch als Terrasse genutzt werden kann, ist ausreichend Außenmobiliar vorhanden.
Das Gelände der Villa Naima ist komplett umzäunt. In der Einfahrt zum Grundstück, direkt vor dem Haus, ist Platz für mindestens zwei PKW.
DER FERIENORT MARINA DI ASCEA
Marina di Ascea ist dank seines langen, feinen Sandstrandes ein klassischer italienischer Bade- und Ferienort. So spielt sich das Leben zwischen Juni und Anfang September vorwiegend an der Meerespromenade mit Lido, kleinen Bars und Lokalen, Spazier- und Radweg ab.
Meer und Strand liegen von der Villa Naima ca. 1,5 km entfernt. Wer zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zum Meer gelangen will, sei darauf hingewiesen, dass der Anstieg zum Haus mitunter recht steil ist.
Am südlichen Ende des Lungomare befindet sich eine kleine, "La Scogliera" genannte Landspitze. Für uns ist es der schönste Platz zum Baden im Ort. An dieser Stelle führt außerdem der Wanderweg "Il sentiero degli Innamorati" hinauf auf die Landspitze, von wo aus man ein wunderschönes Panorama und einzigartige Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann. Im gleichnamigen Strandlokal bekommt man bis zum späten Nachmittag außerdem einfache und köstliche Gerichte serviert.
KAUFEN SIE LOKAL UND CILENTANISCH!
Eine umfassende Einkaufsmöglichkeit bietet der ca. 1,5 km entfernte und ganzjährig geöffnete Supermarkt CONAD.
Suchen Sie hingegen nach cilentanischen Spezialitäten wie Aglianico und Fiano-Wein, Olivenöl, Käse und eingelegtem Fisch so haben wir zwei Empfehlungen für Sie:
Zum einen vertreibt Ihr Gastgeber Mino eine Vielzahl lokaler Köstlichkeiten unter der eigenen Marke "Cibo Autentico", die wirklich hervorragend und von exzellenter Qualität sind.
Zum anderen gibt es neben frischem Büffel-, Ziegen- und Kuhkäse in der Tenuta Chirico zahlreiche Produkte traditioneller Familienbetriebe aus dem Cilento zu kaufen. Die Tenuta liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes, wenn Sie von Norden kommend am Kreisverkehr in Richtung Pisciotta und Vallo della Lucania abbiegen. Einen Besuch der Tenuta Chirico würden wir allein schon wegen der köstlichen Eissorten aus Büffelmilch empfehlen, für die Silvia Chirico bereits mehrfach ausgezeichnet wurde.

THE CILENTO IN ITS MOST ELEGANT FORM
Living and vacationing in the Cilento are often and rightly so associated with 'cozily traditional/rustic' and 'close to nature'. Elegant, perfectly designed Villa Naima in some respect breaks a bit with this so familiar image. When entering the house into the large living area with open, chic kitchen area your first impression is "Wow!".
The large panorama-style door in the living-dining area opens onto a roofed sea view balcony. The fantastic panorama of the Cilento coast might not be the first thing to catch your eye, but the large dining table handcrafted exclusively for this room. It makes sofa, Smart-TV and the quite individual chest of drawers seem like convenient, 'supporting' extras. The open, very well-appointed kitchen (incl. induction stove, oven, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, toaster, fridge-freezer) with counter fits perfectly into the airy, bright room.
4 BEDROOMS WITH DOUBLE BED AND EN SUITE BATHROOM EACH (shower/WC/bidet) surely add to the comfort Villa Naima offers. Two bedrooms are found on the ground floor, two on the attic floor, which is accessible via an outdoor staircase.
Furnishing of Villa Naima also includes air conditioning, electric heating, Wi-Fi, hair dryer and washing machine. A children's bed and highchair can be provided upon request.
POOL WITH SEA VIEW & SUN TERRACE
A reason for spending a lot of your 'holiday hours' at the villa and on its premises might be the attractive, sunny pool area, where you find a 8 m x 3 m sea view pool and sufficient outdoor furniture (incl. sun loungers, grill) at your disposal. From inside the villa, the pool area is accessible via the sea view balcony and directly from one of the ground-floor bedrooms.
The premises of Villa Naima are completely fenced. Parking for at least two cars is available right in front of the house.
HOLIDAY RESORT MARINA DI ASCEA
Marina di Ascea with its long, fine sandy beach is a classic Italian seaside and holiday resort. From June to the beginning of September life takes place, for the most part, along the seaside promenade with lido, small bars and restaurants, walk and bike lane.
The sea and the beach are ca. 1.5 km from Villa Naima. Walking or cycling to the sea is of course possible, but mention be made that the way up to the villa is sometimes rather steep.
The southern end of the lungomare is marked by a small headland called "La Scogliera". We consider it the town's most beautiful spot for swimming and bathing in the sea. At the beach bar/restaurant of the same name, plain, yet delicious dishes are served until the late afternoon.
A hiking trail by the lovely name of "Il sentiero degli Innamorati" runs up to the top of the headland, where you are rewarded with a fantastic panoramic view and, in the evenings, unique sunsets.
BUY LOCAL AND CILANTAN!
Supermarket CONAD, ca. 1.5 km off and open year-round, is where you can buy and get almost anything you need.
Should you be on the look-out for Cilentan specialties such as Aglianico and Fiano wines, olive oil, cheese and fish in brine, we have got two recommendations:
Mino, your host and landlord, offers for sale quite a number of local delicacies labeled "Cibo Autentico", which are really great and of excellent quality.
The offer at Tenuta Chirico includes not only fresh buffalo, goat and cow cheese, but also a large choice of products from traditional Cilento family enterprises. The Tenuta is located somewhat outside of town, arriving from the north you need only turn towards Pisciotta and Vallo della Lucania at the roundabout. Stopping by Tenuta Chirico is worth your while simply because of the various, delicious ice cream flavors made from buffalo milk and for which Silvia Chirico has been repeatedly commended.
