Die malerische Sandstrandbucht Calanca ist nur 400 m entfernt und nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreicht. Auch zur quirligen Hafenpromenade und zur darüber liegenden Piazza San Domenico gehen Sie nur wenige Schritte durch die pittoresken Gassen von Marina di Camerota.
Die insgesamt 3 Ferienwohnungen des Villino Troccoli verfügen jeweils über einen eigenen Außenbereich.

IHRE FERIENWOHNUNG MORENA IM ERDGESCHOSS
Morena für max. 5 Personen ist eine der beiden Wohneinheiten im Erdgeschoss. Seine Liebe zum Meer und zur Seefahrt hat Eigentümer Peppe mit der extravaganten Gestaltung der 45 qm Wohnfläche zum Ausdruck gebracht.
Die Wohnung ist unterteilt in einen offenen Wohnbereich mit breiter Fensterfront, Essbereich und hübscher Küchenzeile. Vom Küchenbereich betritt man die möblierte Terrasse. Darüber hinaus finden Sie ein elegantes Bad sowie zwei Schlafzimmer vor. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Stockbett ausgestattet, das für eine 5. Person erweiterbar ist.
Für kühlere Abende in der Nebensaison stehen ein individuell gefertigter Kamin, Zentralheizung und Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnungen Morena und Morenita teilen sich einen gemauerten Grill. Ihren Pkw können Sie neben dem Haus auf dem umzäunten Gelände parken.

Die Vollholzmöbel in Morenita und Alice sind eine gelungene Ergänzung zu den teils antiken Schränken. Das Thema Meer spiegelt sich hingegen in Morena wider. Deckenbalken, Terrakotta- und Holzböden sowie unzählig bunt blühende Pflanzen sorgen für eine warme Atmosphäre im und um das Haus.

Villino Troccoli’s altogether three holiday apartments include a private outdoor area each.

HOLIDAY APARTMENT MORENA ON THE GROUND FLOOR
Morena for up to 5 persons is one of the two apartments on the ground floor. The extravagant furnishing of the 45 m² apartment reflects owner Pepe’s love for the sea and for seafaring.
You enter the apartment into the kitchen-dining-living room with lots of windows to let in light, a cozy sofa corner, an individually styled fireplace and a lovely dining-kitchen area. Morena has got an elegant bathroom (shower/WC/bidet) and two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with a bunk bed, which can be converted to sleep three (in case there is a 5th guest). The apartment’s furnished terrace is accessible from the kitchen area.
Morena also features TV, WiFi, central heating, air conditioning with heating system and washing machine (in a separate room). There’s an extra charge for the use of central heating (Oct.-April), AC and firewood.
Apartments Morena and Morenita share a masonry grill. Parking is available next to the house on the fenced property.

The solid wooden furniture at Morenita and Alice harmonizes with the partly antique cabinets. The style of Morena is dedicated to the 'sea and seafaring'. Ceiling beams, terracotta and wooden floors as well as a large number of colorful, blooming plants make for a warm atmosphere in and around the house.
