A spacious and comfortable, very quiet, two-bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom and living room. It is located in the very center of Kyiv, near Bessarabka market, three minutes from the central Khreschatyk street. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the 5-storeyed building no lift. The apartment area is 90 m2 - 2 separate bedrooms with double beds and a living room where there is a large sofa. Total sleeps - 6 (2+2+2). The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. The apartment has all appliances, LED TV, bedding and air conditioning, Internet WiFi. Next: arena city complex, Mandarin Plaza shopping center with Furshet supermarket, Metrograd, Bessarabskyi market and a huge number of boutiques, restaurants, pubs and cafes.
The apartment is located in the center of Kiev. Near to the apartment is located the legendary Bessarabsky market and supermarket "BILLA", there is "Arena City" with shopping centre "Mandarin Plaza" in which delicacy-market "Le Silpo" has opened, and new shopping centre "Gulliver" with set of shops, cafe, a cinema, entertainment and business centers, 3 min walk to main Khreshchatyk street and 5 min walk from subway station.

-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.

To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 EURO or 35 USD. And we strongly recommend to use our airport transfer in the event of your early arrival or late departure as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone.
