This is a luxury class, a two-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Kyiv city center on Shota Rustavelli Street. The apartment consists of a huge luxurious living-room connected with the hall that has also beautiful luxurious marble floor. There is also a big leather comfortable sofa corner in the living room, a huge aquarium, wide plasma flat-screen TV-set with a lot of foreign channels and a working fireplace. The bathroom with very modern Italian tiles has Jacuzzi bath-tub, wash-basin with a mirror and a w.c. There is also a second bathroom with a modern shower cabin, also wash-basin with a mirror and a w.c. A fully equipped kitchen has all the needed amenities and kitchen utensils which will allow you to cook all your favorite meals. The apartment has air-conditioners, security systems and high-speed broadband internet connection for business use.

The apartment is located in the center of Kiev. Near to the apartment is located the legendary Bessarabsky market and supermarket "BILLA", there is "Arena City" with shopping centre "Mandarin Plaza" in which delicacy-market "Le Silpo" has opened, and new shopping centre "Gulliver" with set of shops, cafe, a cinema, entertainment and business centers, 3 min walk to main Khreshchatyk street and 5 min walk to metro stations "Palace Sportu

-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.

To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 EURO or 35 USD. And we strongly recommend to use our airport transfer in the event of your early arrival or late departure as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone.
