Cozy 3room apartment with 2 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 5 people. Clean and cozy it should satisfy the most selective guest. The very city center. There are 2 double beds and a sofa, WiFi, TV, fridge, oven, toiletries, kitchen utensils. The area is full of bars, restaurants, shops, beauty salons, places of interest. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: Wi-Fi, TV, fridge, washing machine, oven, toiletries, kitchen utensils, shower.
The apartment is located in the center of Kiev. Near to the apartment is located the legendary Bessarabsky market and supermarket "BILLA", there is "Arena City" with shopping centre "Mandarin Plaza" in which delicacy-market "Le Silpo" has opened, and new shopping centre "Gulliver" with set of shops, cafe, a cinema, entertainment and business centers, 3 min walk to main Khreshchatyk street and 5 min walk from subway station.
-To arrange an early check-in (8:00 am) or late check-out (until 18:00), please verify the possibility of providing this service, contacting the owner via the tab "Ask owner". Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which is 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of arrival.
-All our services in Kyiv: additional cleaning, rent of the additional apartment, prolongation of apartment, transfers and etc you can pay by credit card.
-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.
To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 EURO or 35 USD. And we strongly recommend to use our airport transfer in the event of your early arrival or late departure as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone.
