Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you Les Terrasses du Palais, a beautiful 65 m² flat in the heart of Vannes, easily accessible by public transport. Its location is ideal for enjoying the historic city of Vannes, as well as its port and the entire Morbihan Bay.
The flat is on the 2ᵉ floor with lift, and offers all the comforts to guarantee you a stay without false note! It comprises a beautifully decorated, high-standard living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a living room and lounge opening onto a west-facing balcony, two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate WC.
The accommodation comprises
- A large living room (approx. 35 m²), tastefully decorated and furnished with armchairs, coffee tables and television.
- Dining area with table and 4 chairs
- A fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- One bedroom with two single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with bath and washing machine
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- A lovely west-facing terrace to enjoy meals and aperitifs with family or friends, furnished with a table, chairs, parasol and two deckchairs
Neighborhood:
- Town center and shops 5 minutes' walk from the flat: Monoprix, pharmacies...
- Wednesday and Saturday markets
- Halles centrales and Halles aux poissons 10 minutes from the flat
- Intermarché is less than 5 minutes from the flat and a bakery is less than 100 meters from the flat.
Activities :
- Visit Vannes: old-stone enthusiasts can explore the historic town center and admire its cobbled streets and half-timbered houses.
- Discover the Regional Nature Park: coves, points, peninsulas, islets, typical harbors... Admire the coastal path or board a cruise ship at the ferry terminal.
- Conleau beach, a few kilometers away.
- 9-hole golf course on the outskirts of town.
- Public swimming pool near the flat
